Supported Fall Crossing Pattern

SFC pattern signals the initial reversal of the most recent uptrend.

The following sequence of events signal an SFC.

 

  1. An up move has resulted in a MACD season of Summer.

  2. Price is now falling.

  3. RL10 crosses down Dragon Indicator.

  4. MACD season turns to Fall. 

  5. Price continues to fall and PSAR flips short.

Enter at the top of the red risk box (A), with a stop at (B). Profit target is to minus Z1 (C), a 2:1 reward to risk ratio.

This example is on 3 minute time frame. Due the Fractal nature of this pattern, it looks the same on any other time frame.
