The states are calculated using the values of RL30 and SMA30 and the direction of the slope of RL30.

For Bullish, we want value of RL30 to be greater than value of SMA30. For Bullish and Long Okay, in addition we want the slope of RL30 to be up. The reciprocal conditions apply for Bearish - value of RL30 is less than value of SMA30, and for Bearish and Short Okay we also want the slope of RL30 to be trending down.
