Frog Quality Number is a measure of how directional a symbol is intraday. The higher the number, the better it is. You want to trade symbols that are ‘Frog Champions’ - that have high FQN and also have high average range, such that when they move, you have large directional moves. The other end of the spectrum with low FQN result in choppy intraday price action.
