Collapsing Dragon  Pattern

CD signals a continuation of a down move that was briefly interrupted in an attempt to reverse it.

  1. Upmove has occurred.

  2. RL10 has crossed down RL30.

  3. RL10 has crossed down Dragon indicator.

  4. Dragon slope is down.

  5. RL30 slope is down.

  6. Price crosses the belly of RL10.

Enter at A, with stop at B. Manage profits beyond the 2:1 reward to risk ratio. In this case there are plenty of profits on the downside.

This example is on 30 minute time frame.
